What does Caedz Connect do?
Caedz Connect is a secure membership based online platform and business exchange that allows member businesses access to bid and procure projects. The Caedz Connect online platform provides exposure to Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects under the Global Climate Change Initiative ("GCCI") in Asia, Europe, and North America. The online platform also allows members to gain access to multiple projects and/or business opportunities as new projects are posted on the platform representing an ongoing process.
Project components, parts and materials in compliance with GCCI specifications and the Master Plan for each project are cataloged and made available for the bidding process. As such, parts and supplies are made available for bid that can be contracted by multiple businesses and suppliers offering similar products and/or services. These components, parts/supplies and services are autonomously matched by the Caedz Connect Platform.
The Caedz Connect Platform scans to identify, analyze, configure, and conjure components and parts for each project autonomously using deep machine learning and IoT to determine project requirements. This process reduces dramatically the procurement time from six (6) to eighteen (18) months to three (3) or seven (7) days.
Member businesses are able to view the list of available projects-sort out the components, parts and supplies of their projects of interest which allows for a more efficient and effective means to bid and procure their project needs reducing both time and cost.
The Caedz Connect Platform provides a comprehensive project collaboration and management tool to assure projects are successfully executed and delivered. As such, the Caedz Connect Platform is able to procure and manage large volumes of builders, contractors, consultants, developers, suppliers, and vendors activities to complete each project concurrently with other multiple on-going projects status in real time.
